Sky Ford Provo is looking for a high-performing F&I Manager who knows how to maximize every deal, protect the dealership, and deliver a top-tier customer experience. If you're competitive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment — we want you on our team. What You'll Do Structure and finalize vehicle financing and leasing deals Present and sell F&I products (service contracts, GAP, maintenance, etc.) Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations Work closely with sales managers to maximize gross profit per deal Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions Deliver a transparent, efficient, and professional customer experience Monitor CIT, funding timelines, and deal accuracy What We're Looking For Proven success as an F&I Manager in an automotive dealership Strong closing skills with consistent product penetration Deep understanding of compliance (Red Flags, OFAC, Truth in Lending, etc.) Ability to work deals quickly and accurately under pressure Strong communication and customer service skills Competitive mindset with a drive to win Why Sky Ford Provo High-volume Ford store with consistent traffic Aggressive pay plan with strong earning potential Supportive leadership and performance-driven culture Opportunity to grow within a fast-moving dealership group We reward results — plain and simple Compensation & Benefits Competitive base + commission structure Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) options Ongoing training and development If you know how to structure deals, maximize back end, and push performance — apply now.
