Role Description We are looking for a General Manager who runs their branch like a business — owns their P&L, builds client relationships before problems surface, and leads a team of officers who know exactly what is expected of them. This is not a desk role. This is a revenue-generating, relationship-building, operationally accountable leadership position in a growing security company. As Branch General Manager, you are accountable for the full business performance of your branch — from revenue and margin to staffing, client retention, and operational compliance. You own the customer. You own the team. You own the number. Everything else flows from those three things. You will inherit active accounts and a team of field officers. You will also be expected to grow the branch — identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts and supporting business development in your market. What you will own P&L ownership Revenue, gross margin, labor cost, and branch profitability. You will have full visibility into your numbers and be expected to understand and manage them. Client relationships Every active account in your branch has a named owner — you. On-site visits on a structured cadence, proactive communication, and zero loss of a client due to inattention. Team leadership Hire, develop, schedule, and hold accountable a team of security officers. Full coverage on every post, every shift. No gaps, no excuses. Operational compliance Licensing current, training complete, post orders signed, incidents documented. You are the quality control for your branch. Revenue growth Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts. Support business development in your market. Bonus is tied to KPIs including company performance Who we are looking for: 5+ years of management experience in security operations. 5+ years of SALES management experience. Demonstrated experience managing a P&L — you know your numbers and you manage to them A track record of building and retaining client relationships — not just managing accounts, but owning them Experience leading a distributed field workforce — scheduling, accountability, and performance management at scale Current or ability to obtain a Nevada Guard card; armed guard license preferred Comfortable with technology — Belfry or similar workforce management platforms; basic financial reporting tools Valid driver's license, clean driving record, ability to pass a background check and drug screen Compensation & benefits We pay GMs who perform. Base salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. Bonus is paid on retained revenue, controlled overtime and direct labor, and met gross margin goals. There is no ceiling.
