Job Description:
Rocky Mountain Air Solutions is looking for a Store or Branch Manager in Orem, Utah. We will relocate the right person for our role. This role is primarily responsible for building, leading and cultivating the customer care•including responsible collection of Accounts Receivables, managing branch inventory, and driving sales performance for the branch they are directly responsible for. It's a high responsibility role that needs an individual that cares about the people they work with and for, who demonstrates that care in the conversations they hold and the decisions they make for their branch's operational focuses. This individual will be supported by the organization and is also the ultimate responsible party for the success of the company and their branch.
Key Responsibilities:
Set the sales direction for the branch by defining sales goals per customer industry and product line while managing the sales process for all customers and potential customers for the branch. Conduct Root Cause Analysis for both sales made, and sales lost and work with branch team to improve overall customer sales experience. Our goal is to build lasting partnerships•understand what drives this and set the expectation in place to ensure that it happens. Manage inventory and operational expenses to levels appropriate to the branch sales and potential sales through company process. Coach and train customer service representatives in the inside sales process and potential management. Coach and train drivers to understanding the key role they play in the customer service group•the more competent and developed your team is, the more successful the branch. Proactively work with other branches, the plant, administration and the executive team to ensure a high level of information and knowledge flow throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree 3 years' experience managing in an industrial distribution setting•required 3 years' experience working in the atmospheric gas distribution industry•preferred
