Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee operations at our new branch location. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing teams to achieve business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can implement process improvements, drive sales, and enhance customer satisfaction while ensuring profitability and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Lead and manage branch operations to achieve performance goals and objectives. Hire, develp, and train technicians to become emerging leaders. Supervise staff, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance team performance. Analyze profit and loss statements to identify areas for improvement and ensure financial health of the branch. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and high levels of customer service. Collaborate with sales teams to develop business development strategies that align with company goals. Build and manage an experienced technician sales force to expand and scale the branch. Maintain licensing in compliance in all areas. Communicate effectively within all areas of business operations. Experience Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Branch Manager or in a similar capacity. Strong background in process improvement methodologies and project management practices. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement. Pest Applicators license. Wood Destroying Pest license would be beneficial, but is not required.
