This is not a desk-only position. You will be responsible for daily field operations, financial performance, team leadership, and driving revenue growth. You will oversee a team of technicians and office staff, manage scheduling and production efficiency, and take ownership of branch-level performance metrics. This role is ideal for someone with experience managing service crews in industries such as HVAC, plumbing, restoration, construction, roofing, landscaping, or similar field-service environments. What You'll Be Responsible For Full branch-level P&L accountability Leading and developing a team of field technicians and office staff Driving revenue growth and operational efficiency Managing scheduling and production performance Monitoring KPIs including revenue per hour, job profitability, customer satisfaction, and cancellation rates Coaching and holding team members accountable Maintaining company standards, safety protocols, and equipment oversight Building a strong performance-driven culture What Success Looks Like Increased revenue and improved profit margins Strong technician productivity and accountability High customer satisfaction scores Reduced cancellations and callbacks A team that respects leadership and executes at a high level Qualifications 3+ years experience managing field service teams Experience with operational KPIs and financial performance tracking Proven leadership and team development ability Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work on-site in Roanoke, VA Experience in home services or similar industries preferred A college degree is welcome but not required. Proven operational leadership matters more.
