Position Summary The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall success of the branch, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, workforce management, team leadership, operational excellence, and profitability. This role combines business development, leadership, recruiting, operations, and customer relationship management. Successful Branch Managers are highly motivated, results-driven leaders who enjoy building teams, solving problems, and creating opportunities for others. This is a hands-on leadership position with significant influence over branch performance and growth.
What You'll Do:
Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach, develop, and motivate branch employees Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and service excellence Recruit, train, and onboard new branch employees Conduct regular coaching sessions, meetings, and performance discussions Support employee development and career growth Ensure branch operations align with company values and expectations Sales & Business Development Drive branch revenue growth through new business development and client retention Build relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and community partners Conduct daily sales activity, including prospecting, client visits, networking, and relationship-building Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts Develop staffing solutions that help clients solve workforce challenges Support branch profitability through strategic growth and account management Operations & Workforce Management Oversee daily staffing operations and workforce deployment Ensure customer orders are filled accurately and efficiently Manage branch billing, payroll support, collections, and operational processes Monitor branch performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement Maintain high standards of service for both clients and temporary employees Support workplace safety initiatives and job site quality standards Recruiting & Community Engagement Lead branch recruiting efforts and workforce development initiatives Participate in job fairs, networking events, and community outreach activities Build relationships with local organizations and workforce partners Develop recruiting strategies that support branch growth and staffing demands

What We're Looking For:
Preferred Qualifications College degree preferred 3+ years of business, leadership, sales, or management experience Proven success in business development, customer service, staffing, or operations Ability to build relationships and drive growth through sales activity Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability
Required Qualifications:
