Job Description

Looking for a leadership role where your experience truly matters? Our client is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a small Seattle branch. This position offers the opportunity to work independently, build strong relationships with clients and internal partners, and play a key role in maintaining operational excellence. It's an excellent fit for someone who enjoys operations, compliance, and creating a positive customer experience without the pressure of managing a large branch.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily branch operations Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal controls
  • Supervise and develop one direct report Support audits, reporting, and operational reviews
  • Resolve client and operational issues Partner with headquarters and a remote sales leader
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of banking or financial services operations experience
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Experience supporting audits and operational reporting
