ASAP. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for branch performance, including customer service, warehousing, maintenance, and customer relations Assist customers with orders, quotes, changes, and returns; Accurately respond to requests via phone, email, and sales counter Coordinate with Sales Representatives to establish and maintain stocking levels that meet local customer requirements Assist with the resolution of escalated customer and service issues Supervisory responsibility for branch team members, including hiring, training, performance management, etc. Plan and organize the team's tasks & work responsibilities to achieve goals and objectives Understand, support, and communicate company objectives, policies, and procedures to branch staff Act as a backup for all positions within the branch when necessary Advise team members and customers on e-commerce services Other duties as assigned Experience and Skills

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION

Ability to quickly build relationships with employees and customers Inside Sales and/or Warehouse Supervisory experience Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and interpersonal are required Customer-centric attitude and a desire to grow with & contribute to customer-focused company Ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals Proficient use of a Windows computer, Microsoft Office & Teams

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to lift 50 lbs, occasionally up to 70 lbs Must be able to frequently stand, twist, bend, and lift Physically capable & willing to operate a forklift (we will provide training)

THE MOST QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE

Experience using ERP software Knowledge of cutting tools & machine shop supplies Supervisory experience in a B2B sales environment This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
