We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and quality products to our customers across the region.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Parts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a deep understanding of the light trailer, RV and/or wheels & tire shop parts industry This role is key to driving growth, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting our warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations for a full service branch Build and maintain strong customer relationships Develop and share effective sales strategies with the team Work with corporate sales manager to help develop sales strategies locally Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets Continuously improve performance through feedback and training
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the aftermarket parts industry Successful track record of leading an inside and outside sales team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service orientation Highly motivated and goal-driven Ability to pass a background check and drug test
