Knight Barry Title is seeking a reliable Branch Manager/Title Insurance Closer to manage our office in Port Washington, WI! This individual will plan and direct the daily operations of the office to achieve profitability and to maximize service and market share.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assigns, supervises, trains and evaluates the work of personnel at the branch location. Creates and adheres to an annual budget for the branch. Actively markets to new and existing customers in the marketplace. Assists in hiring and evaluating branch employees. Provides customers with escrow and title services. Ensures that work is completed in a timely manner, and closings are scheduled in accordance with the customers' request. Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance of the branch. Oversees office sales staff Other duties as assigned.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of the principles and purpose of title insurance, of services provided by a title insurance company, of principles of real estate sales and mortgage financing, and of legal terminology related to title insurance. Demonstrated ability to plan, direct and evaluate the work of others. Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, in person and by telephone, with all levels of the organization and with external customers. Ability to positively represent the company. Proficient with Google G Suite Applications or related software.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSING 3-5
years of title industry experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2-3 years supervisory experience preferred. Ability to pass the State title licensing exam, or license required.OTHER REQUIREMENTS
