Richland Center, WI Schedule:

What You'll Do/Day to Day Own branch operations: Ensure policy/regulatory compliance and smooth daily execution.
Lead and develop your team:
Set goals, coach for performance, run effective standups and team meetings.
Delight customers:
Resolve issues, deepen relationships, and champion exceptional service.
Grow the business:
Track KPIs, analyze trends, and execute strategies to meet and exceed goals.
Represent the branch:
Strengthen our presence through community involvement and partnerships.
