Branch Manager Sheboygan, WI 53082 Full-time Full-time We are looking for a branch manager for a financial institution in Sheboygan. This Direct Hire position will offer the opportunity to be hired immediately on to our client's payroll. Position Summary The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all branch operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving business growth, and maintaining compliance with banking regulations. This role leads branch staff, manages financial performance, and fosters strong relationships within the community. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance Monitor cash handling, security procedures, and audit controls Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements Drive branch sales goals for deposits, loans, and financial products Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate branch staff Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews Foster a positive, customer-focused team culture Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints Promote cross-selling of banking products and services Manage branch budget and profitability Analyze financial reports and key performance metrics Implement strategies to improve efficiency and revenue Ensure compliance with all banking laws, regulations, and policies Conduct regular audits and risk assessments Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information
