Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOverview Join our dynamic team in Baldwin County as an Accounts Receivable professional! In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our financial transactions and ensuring that our accounts are accurate and up-to-date. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about maintaining strong financial relationships. Responsibilities Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing. Monitor customer accounts for payment discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports related to accounts receivable. Communicate with clients regarding outstanding invoices and payment terms. Collaborate with the finance team to streamline billing processes and improve cash flow. Assist in month-end closing activities and reconciliation of accounts. Maintain organized records of all accounts receivable transactions. Qualifications Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Quick books Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, Bookeeping preferred.
