Job Description

Accounts Payable Clerk - RV Dealership We are a busy RV dealership looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, accurate, and comfortable working with accounting and dealership software.
Responsibilities include:
Entering and processing vendor invoices Matching payments with invoices and statements Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies Using QuickBooks Online and/or dealership software to maintain accurate records Communicating with vendors and internal departments Assisting with general accounting and office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Accounts payable or bookkeeping experience preferred Experience with QuickBooks required or strongly preferred Dealership software experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Professional communication skills We offer a friendly work environment, steady hours, and the opportunity to be part of a growing RV dealership.
