If you're passionate about making a difference and thrive in fast-paced environments, we want to hear from you. Job Summary We're seeking a dedicated EMT-B to join our emergency response team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in providing basic life support, assessing patient conditions, and working collaboratively with paramedics, dispatchers, and healthcare professionals. Responsibilities Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide basic medical care Assess patient conditions and determine appropriate treatment Administer CPR, oxygen, and other basic life support procedures Safely transport patients to medical facilities Communicate effectively with dispatch, hospitals, and team members Maintain equipment, vehicles, and supplies in ready condition Document patient care and complete reports accurately Qualifications Current EMT-B certification (state and national) Valid driver's license with clean driving record CPR certification (AHA or equivalent) Physical ability to lift, carry, maneuver patients and equipment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Calm under pressure and quick decision-making ability Preferred Skills Experience in emergency medical services or related field Familiarity with local geography and EMS protocols Bilingual (Spanish, etc.) a plus Benefits Competitive pay and shift differentials Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holiday pay Continuing education and training opportunities Supportive team environment
