Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Take the next step in your career by making an impact as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting students for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year. This contract role offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time hours and is conveniently located near Benton and Bryant, Arkansas. You'll have the chance to collaborate with educators, families, and school teams, helping students achieve their full potential through evidence-based behavioral strategies.
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing Current, active BCBA license Prior experience working in school settings preferred, but open to candidates with strong clinical backgrounds Excellent communication, collaboration, and case management skills Ability to develop and implement effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Flexibility to work full-time or part-time hours as needed
Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and synthesize results to inform intervention strategies Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior plans for students Provide training, coaching, and support to school staff and families Collect and analyze data to drive decision-making and track student progress Participate actively in IEP meetings, interdisciplinary teams, and professional development opportunities Serve as a resource for creating positive behavioral supports schoolwide In this role, you'll make a meaningful difference, fostering a supportive environment for students and staff alike.
