Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract position dedicated to helping students excel as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist. This dynamic opportunity is open to both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFYs), offering a supportive environment in a school-based setting. Utilizing your expertise in speech-language therapy, you'll play a crucial part in enriching students' lives in a friendly, collaborative atmosphere. Teletherapy options may be available, broadening your ability to make a difference.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state SLP license (or eligibility) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but open to Clinical Fellows Experience or strong interest in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP practice Skilled in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) Comfort with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery is a plus Excellent collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and families
Core Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students Develop and execute evidence-based therapy plans for caseload Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, offering insights for student growth Track progress, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in IEP meetings Engage in parent and teacher consultations to foster student success Adapt therapy services to meet evolving student and school needs As part of this position, you can expect compensation ranging from $40-$50 per hour, reflecting your commitment and expertise.
