Master's degree in School Counseling, Counseling or a related field, active School Counselor license and 1+ years School Counselor experience required. A school district in Helena, AR is seeking a dedicated School Counselor to support middle and high school students throughout the academic year. This full-time, contract position runs from August 3, 2026, through July 17, 2027, offering a structured schedule with approximately 40 hours per week. In this role, you will manage a caseload of 300-350 students, providing essential counseling services that promote academic success, social-emotional growth, and career readiness. Your expertise will guide students through personal challenges, educational planning, and developmental milestones during these formative years.

Key Responsibilities:
