Accounting Assistant

Cardiology Associates Research Group engages in the research of various cardiac therapies in order to bring the highest quality technologies in cardiac care to the patients of Northeast Arkansas.

Primary Responsibilities:

Process Accounts Payable and maintain associated documentation Process Accounts Receivables and maintain associated documentation Reconcile accounting units Reconcile hospital and clinic charge entries Other general data entry

Work Experience and Education:

Preferred:

2 years experience in hospital or clinic billing

Required:

Associates Degree or higher in accounting or finance

Skills and Other Qualifications:

Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets Proficiency in use of other Microsoft applications General accounting knowledge Ability to effectively communicate information to colleagues in small group settings Strong work ethic High level of integrity Strong critical thinking skills Working knowledge of
