For complete position description and submission requirements, go to: Assistant Professor of Accounting (Tenure-Track) Kansas Wesleyan University is seeking applicants for a tenure-track position in the Department of Business and Accounting. We seek candidates to apply for a tenure-track position as an Assistant Professor of Accounting. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to excellent teaching, scholarship, and service within the university community. This role will involve teaching undergraduate business courses, engaging in student development , and contributing to departmental, university and community initiatives. Key Responsibilities Teach undergraduate courses in a wide variety of accounting courses. Advise and mentor students, facilitating their academic and professional development. Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and other governance activities. Engage in professional development and applicable community service and outreach efforts.
Qualifications:
MBA, DBA, or Ph.D. in Business Administration (credentialed to teach undergrad accounting courses). Demonstrated excellence in teaching and a commitment to liberal arts education. Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students in a diverse environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
