Job Description

On Q Property Management is looking for a full-time Accounting Coordinator to join our team in Gilbert, AZ! We are a fast-growing property management company focused on customer service, communication, and technology. This role is fundamental in supporting accounting's administrative tasks, to ensure an efficient process for our investors, residents, and other internal departments.
Job Responsibilities:
Create and process Accounts Payable/Receivable bills Record daily payments and manage move-in/holding deposit ledgers Audit and finalize leasing, management fees, and owner draws Ensure timely utility bill payments and administer HOA assessments Handle tenant ledger updates for violations and renewals auto-charges Oversee wire payments for deposits and assist with 5-Day Notices Send non-payment notice emails to investors and prepare the balance statements Manage accounting system logins and respond to accounting inquiries Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Familiarity with the accounting side of residential leases, addendums, and procedures (preferred) A high degree of integrity and professionalism with sensitive information Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and organizational skills Superior attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting Adaptable to change and thrives in a fast-paced environment Self-starter who works well independently and with a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills
