Full Job Description Full Cycle Accounts Payable Specialist Location:
Gilbert, AZ Schedule:
Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00
PM Pay:
$26/hr - $32/hr Position Overview Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support full cycle AP in a high-volume, multi-location environment. This role is ideal for someone who can stay organized under pressure, maintain accuracy, and manage priorities effectively while meeting deadlines. Key Responsibilities Manage full cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing, coding, and approvals Handle high-volume payables across multiple locations Ensure timely and accurate entry of invoices into the system Review and verify invoices for accuracy and proper documentation Assist with vendor communication and resolve discrepancies Support month-end close as needed Maintain organized records and documentation for audit purposes Qualifications 3 to 5 years of accounts payable experience preferred Experience working in high-volume, multi-location AP environments Working knowledge of accounting principles, including debits and credits Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
Pay Details:
