We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Accounting Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This position focuses primarily on Accounts Payable operations, vendor payment coordination, and accounting support within a fast-paced project-based environment. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, team-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities with strong follow-through and attention to detail. Duties Process vendor invoices, deposits, and balance payments accurately and on schedule Track vendor payment schedules, payment terms and maintain organized payment records Match vendor invoices with purchase orders and supporting documentation Coordinate with project managers regarding project-related vendor payments and expenses Support credit card reconciliations and operational expense tracking Assist with logistics billing, miscellaneous operational expenses and vendor coordination Maintain organized accounting records, digital filing systems and payment documentation Support weekly payment scheduling and cash flow coordination Assist with commission tracking and payment support Provide limited payroll and administrative accounting support as needed Assist accounting team with customer billing support and payment tracking when required Support local purchasing requests and operational accounting tasks as needed Communicate professionally with vendors, project managers, and internal team members Skills Minimum 3+ years of accounting, Accounts Payable, bookkeeping or operational accounting experience Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes and vendor payment coordination QuickBooks experience preferred Hospitality, manufacturing, construction, logistics or project-based industry experience is a plus Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Positive attitude and team-player mentality Willingness to learn company operations step-by-step Professional, respectful and collaborative communication style Reliable, dependable and strong follow-through on assigned responsibilities

$27.00 - $31.00 per hour
