Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM ? Temp-to-Hire We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Administrator to support our accounting and office operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction office environment and enjoys balancing administrative and accounting responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Answer and route incoming calls Perform data entry, scanning, filing, and general office duties Handle outgoing mail and office errands (bank/post office) Enter quotes and sales orders into Sage Process billing and customer invoices Prepare conditional releases Email invoices and maintain billing records Log commissions and process cash receipts Assist with accounts payable tasks as needed Provide support to Estimating, Operations, and Accounting departments
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of construction office experience Sage accounting software experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail Interested?
