Job Description

Dental Insurance Biller / Accounts Receivable Coordinator Anaheim, CA Our growing private dental practice is looking for an experienced and dependable Dental Insurance Biller to join our team full-time, in person. We are specifically seeking someone with strong PPO and Denti-Cal billing experience who can confidently step into the role and independently manage billing workflows, claims follow-up, insurance aging, and accounts receivable processes. This is primarily a billing-focused position with support from a collaborative and positive office team. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping systems run smoothly. Responsibilities Submit and manage PPO and Denti-Cal insurance claims Review and post EOBs accurately Work insurance aging and denied claims Follow up on outstanding insurance balances Monitor and manage accounts receivable (A/R) Maintain accurate patient insurance information Coordinate with front office and clinical team regarding treatment and billing Assist with patient statements and collections workflows as needed Document all insurance communication thoroughly Help maintain organized financial systems and workflows Qualifications Minimum 2 years of dental billing experience required MUST have experience with PPO and Denti-Cal billing Strong understanding of dental insurance processing and claims follow-up Experience with accounts receivable and collections preferred Eaglesoft and/or Dentrix experience preferred (not mandatory) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced office Positive attitude and team mentality What We Offer ✅ Competitive pay based on experience ✅ Full-time stable position ✅ Accrued paid vacation ✅ 401(k) + matching ✅ Incentives and bonuses ✅ Supportive team environment ✅ Professional growth opportunities ✅ Long-term career potential ✅ Monday-Friday schedule We genuinely value our team and work hard to create an office culture that is supportive, respectful, and enjoyable to work in.
