Job Description

Accounting Office Clerk San Gabriel Valley, CA $20
  • $22 an hour

  • Full-time We are looking for a candidate with basic accounting knowledge and excellent communication skills.
Candidate should be able to handle accounts receivable works and assist customers by providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail. Familiar with computer, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication.
Responsibilities:
  • Handling accounts receivable works, such as posting payments, preparing daily and monthly reports, etc.
  • Handling office tasks, such as taking phone calls, data entry, filings, etc;
  • Assisting management with assigned works.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese
  • Prior administrative experience
  • Attention to detail
  • With Accounting background will be preferred
