Job Description
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in handling financial data? We're seeking a dedicated Accounting Clerk who will be responsible for matching invoices with purchase orders and performing data entry tasks, primarily using QuickBooks software. Review, match, and verify invoices against purchase orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Accurately input financial transactions into QuickBooks and maintain up-to-date records. Identify and resolve discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders. Communicate with vendors or internal teams as needed. Organize and maintain physical and digital records of invoices, purchase orders, and related documentation. Assist with other general accounting and clerical tasks as needed, such as account reconciliations and report generation.
