Accounts Payable Clerk Location:
West Los Angeles (90025, Onsite M-F)
Compensation:
$25/hr (OT eligible)

Permanent A collaborative, team-oriented property management company is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their growing team. This is an onsite role within a family-owned environment offering stability and hands-on experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 1.5+ years of relevant accounting or AP experience Property management industry experience required Experience with AppFolio preferred Proficiency in Excel Key Responsibilities Perform high-volume accounts payable processing, including 800-1000 checks weekly across 70+ vendors Manage utility reconciliations and payments Handle daily data entry and accounting administrative tasks Support bank reconciliations across multiple accounts Assist with P&L statements, reporting for tax preparation, and mortgage statement tracking Code invoices and ensure timely and accurate vendor payments All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
