We are growing, and we are looking for a detail oriented accounting professional to support our finance team and keep daily operations running smoothly. Position Summary We are seeking an Accounts Receivable / Accounting Specialist to manage collections follow-up, resolve customer billing matters, and handle a range of day to day accounting and office support duties. This is a hands on role for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working directly with customers, subcontractors, and vendors. Responsibilities Conduct accounts receivable follow up by phone and email Resolve customer billing inquiries and post invoice concerns Print, prepare, and distribute subcontractor and vendor checks Manage and reconcile petty cash transactions Collect, organize, and distribute incoming mail Track technician tips and prepare cash tip envelopes for distribution Monitor and order office supplies as needed Support other general accounting department duties as needed Qualifications 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or general accounting Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and recordkeeping Clear, professional communication skills for customer and vendor interactions Comfortable handling cash and reconciling transactions Proficiency with general accounting software (or ability to quickly learn) and Microsoft Excel Well organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks independently Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience
