Responsibilities:
Collection and accounts receivable Accurately enter financial data into internal databases and maintain records. Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization. Support administrative duties related to accounting and ensure compliance with policies. Contribute to resolving financial discrepancies and improving efficiency in operations. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical abilities. Effective time management and communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices. Ability to multitask, take initiative, and maintain a positive attitude.
