ABOUT THE JOB
This is a fast-paced, high-volume receivables position that processes hundreds of customer transactions daily. This is not consumer collections. This position requires strong experience working with retail customers that includes retailer deductions, chargebacks, returns, credits, and payment disputes at a high volume. This position handles deductions, credits, chargebacks, and invoice-related issues supporting business customers and retail accounts.ABOUT YOU

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
3+ years of education/experience with Accounts Receivable/payable Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- especially Excel Experience with NetSuite (or other Accounting software)
COMPENSATION
This is a full-time regular position This position earns overtime in accordance with CA and Federal law The starting range for this position is $25-26/ hourJob Type:
