Job Description:

Robert Half is partnering with a well-established and growing company in the Torrance area seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Accounting Assistant to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

Process high-volume customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner Post payments (ACH, wire, credit card, checks) and reconcile accounts Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries Maintain accurate records and support month-end close activities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and cash application

Qualifications:

1+ years of Accounts Receivable or general accounting experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or similar preferred) Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs a plus) Excellent communication and customer service skills Why This Opportunity?
