Job Description
Company is currently hiring for a Accounts Payable Clerk in our City of Industry location. This position will communicate and report to the Controller Process, track and post cash deposits, A/R
- collection and A/R reconciliation A/P
- electronic database for centralized payment system A/P
- log and post electronic payments from centralized system into acct system Reconcile A/P batch posting daily and confirm bank batch match Ensure integrity of data entered in systems.
Required skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required to perform the job,
- Great Plains experience a plus; must have experience with heavy accounting platforms,
- Extremely detailed oriented,
- Possess good analytical skills and ability to multi-task,
- Follows directions precisely and repeatedly while maintaining focus and energy,
- Complete work on a strict timeline without exception,
- Ability to work with a team as well as individually,
- Accounting experience greater than 3 years preferred,
