In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing the company's incoming payments, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. Responsibilities Process and monitor accounts receivable transactions using accounting software such as CDK or similar systems. Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of customer accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently. Manage the collection of outstanding payments through effective negotiation and professional phone etiquette. Maintain detailed records of all transactions, including journal entries, debits & credits, and account analysis reports. Collaborate with other departments on accounts payable, financial analysis, and month-end closing activities to ensure seamless financial operations.
