Accurately maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable including auditing, paying and filing vendor invoices according to company policy and procedure, collections, preparing customer invoices, purchase orders and delivery tickets accurately and timely. Perform monthly, quarterly and year-end close efficiently, accurately and on schedule. Verify deposits are accurate and made on a timely basis. Upload and download handheld computer devices and process data according to a set schedule. Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone Supports front counter retail as needed Maintain dealer database. Assist with inventory count and research variances.
