Job Description:
AR Specialist (Temp-to-Hire) - Corona, CA $26-$30/hr We are seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a dynamic manufacturing team in Corona, CA. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is eager to grow.
What You'll Do:
Manage AR activities including invoicing, collections, and payment follow-ups Post and code invoices accurately; maintain GL entries Support month-end close, journal entries, and expense review Assist with job cost tracking and collaborate with project & plant teams Process customer orders, billing, and sales support tasks Help with audits, fixed assets, and CIP tracking
What You Bring:
3-5 years of AR & collections experience Manufacturing experience (preferred) Strong Excel & ERP skills (Syteline a plus) Detail-oriented with solid analytical and communication skills Team player with a positive attitude and ability to adapt quickly
