Are you passionate about this work? Assist with Accounts Receivable activities, including preparing customer invoices and following up on outstanding payments. Code daily invoices and ensure transactions are recorded to the correct accounts. Support Project Managers and Plant Personnel with job cost tracking and help ensure jobs are closed accurately. Assist with month-end close processes, including preparing journal entries and reviewing expenses. Review monthly expenses and help identify discrepancies or unusual variances. Prepare basic journal entries and maintain organized supporting documentation. Help gather documentation and provide support during internal and external audits. Maintain fixed asset records and assist with tracking construction-in-progress (CIP). Process customer purchase orders, enter sales orders, and assist with customer billing. Provide general administrative and accounting support to the Sales and Operations teams. If this sounds like you, we want to connect! BS in Accounting or Finance preferred or equivalent years of experience 3-5 years' experience in finance and accounting Extensive working knowledge of ERP/MRP manufacturing systems, Syteline preferred Prior Manufacturing experience Strong computer skills, specifically Excel and Word Good written and oral communications skills Must be a proven hands-on team player driven to meet company goals Detail orientated with good analytical skills Percentage Completion Accounting experience preferred What's in it for you? Hourly wage range:
