Job Description

We are hiring an Accounts Payable Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for coordinating and supporting daily accounts payable operations.
  • Process, review, and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and proper approvals.
  • Monitor AP inbox and respond to vendor and internal inquiries.
  • Coordinate invoice approval workflow with department stakeholders.
  • Prepare and execute payment runs (checks, ACH, wire transfers).
  • Maintain vendor records and ensure information is up to date.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Track invoice aging and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, lookups).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
