Here's what you'll be doing: Prepare daily cash deposits and complete cash control sheet Enter finalized cash receipts and update accounts receivable ledger by customer Obtain and mail invoice copies for customers, as requested Process daily credit card deposits File check stubs and bank receipts Research and process customer claims of invoice payment Research and process charge backs, returns, and bad checks Answer accounts receivable phone inquiries and follow up Call and/or mail correspondence to customers as necessary in order to update accounts Assist with related special projects, as required Other duties as assigned Here's what you'll need: 1-2 years AP/AR experience, previous automotive experience a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products, and the general use of a computer and calculator Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated, organized, and effective problem-solver Advanced computer skills High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred We are an Equal Opportunity Employer (( We Hear You ))
