Job Description

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $25.00 to $40.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
Review and validate customer invoices and payment activity to ensure accuracy and completeness. Perform basic data checks against source documents and external databases. Identify and help resolve discrepancies and inconsistencies in receivable balances. Update and maintain customer activity across various systems as needed. Assist in generating status trackers and compiling data for reporting and analysis.
Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent education. Bring at least 2+ years of experience in data entry within a professional office environment. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Show good organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally.
Qualifications:
Maintain strong attention to detail and uphold high data quality standards. Understand basic data entry and validation procedures. Collaborate well with teammates and participate actively in discussions. Follow established procedures for quality assurance and suggest process improvements. Speak Chinese Mandarin fluently (preferred but not required). REF #50239 #LI-POST
