$25 to $30 Hourly We are seeking a highly detailed Bookkeeper who will provide support to the Executive Director and other key management at our corporate office. This position is responsible for performing and maintaining financial entries, reports, and budgets in QuickBooks online. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task and have a very strong work ethic Responsibilities Utilize Quickbooks online to accurately maintain all general ledger accounts. AP/AR Reconcile bank statements Conduct monthly and year end closing procedures Prepare financial statements Prepare state and federal filings Process payroll Monthly workers compensation payroll reporting Filing Answering phones Qualifications Must possess excellent communication skills Strong multi-tasking skills Must have excellent computer skills: Word, Excel Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Must be able to work M-F 8-5 Minimum 3 years experience as a Bookkeeper Benefits Medical Vacation Paid Sick Leave 401k
