We focus primarily on multi-family properties but also service residential and commercial customers. We are looking for an accounts receivable representative to join our team to keep our billing accurate, timely, and professional! Prior billing experience is not a requirement but preferred. Experience in the trade office enviroment is preferable!

What You'll Do:

Create invoices for HVAC and plumbing jobs using technician forms Resolve billing questions with customers quickly and professionally Collaborate with management to verify billing details Collect payments over the phone Collections on past due invoices

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem solving-skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Bonus Qualifications:

Previous experience in the HVAC or plumbing trade Knowledge of the Service Titan program
