Candidates must have experience working in a dealership accounting office. Be ready to work in a fantastic & hard-working team environment. The Accounts Receivable / Deposit Clerk Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Essential Duties Reconcile and prepare daily cash, check and credit card deposits Enter finalized cash, check and credit card receipts and update receivable ledger Research and process bad checks for collection Maintain weekly cash clearing schedules Perform weekly drawer counts Process 8300 forms in compliance with Federal and State regulations Manages incoming payments, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections and detailed financial record-keeping Follow up on all past due accounts and prepare reports for management Assist in monthly closings Maintain current filing system
