Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $25.00 and $31.00. The Contracts Clerk is responsible for receiving, processing, verifying, and posting deals At Toyota of El Cajon our employees are our most valuable asset. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Process & post up to 250 + car deals per month. Check deal paperwork for compliance. Post Bank fundings daily. Calculate sales commissions for payroll. Payoff flooring of sold vehicles daily. End of Month Car Count and verification. Issue Deal check requests. Post Factory program monies and reserves. Provide Sales Tax Exception backup & verify sales tax in deals daily. Research and reconcile accounting schedules, including New and Used inventory, Reserves, Due Bill, Contracts in Transit. Attend weekly CIT meetings.
