In this vital role, you will support the financial operations of our organization by managing various accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of our financial data and streamline administrative processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our operations. Duties Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and other financial management tools Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections Process payroll using payroll systems within Quickbooks, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and payroll laws Assist with journal entries and month-end closing procedures Assist with customer quotations and other duties assigned by the Sales Manager Handle tax-related documentation and support audit preparations Conduct data entry tasks such as 10 key typing and ensure accuracy in all financial records Work collaboratively with sales team, Sales Manager, and Senior Accountant to ensure orders and payments are processed in a timely manner Handle shipping and billing disputes Strong math skills with attention to detail for data entry and account analysis tasks Experience working with financial software such as Quickbooks will be advantageous.

Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
