Job Description

A growing construction and development company is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to oversee the company's accounting operations from transaction processing through financial reporting. This position offers significant autonomy and will work directly with ownership to ensure accurate financial management and reporting. The ideal candidate has experience handling the full accounting cycle and enjoys working in a hands-on environment.

ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle AccountingManage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and banking activitiesMaintain the general ledger and prepare journal entriesComplete monthly bank and credit card reconciliationsPrepare financial statements and management reportsMonitor cash flow and assist with budgeting activitiesProcess payroll and payroll-related reportingConstruction Accounting SupportTrack job costs and project-related expensesReview subcontractor invoices and vendor paymentsAssist with lien waiver documentation and project reportingSupport external CPA and year-end financial reviews
