Accounting Full Job Description Duties/Tasks:

Scan invoices and attach invoices onto original sales orders. Reconcile payments. Check Sales tax on invoices to customers, check invoices and post them in the system. Contact customers to inquire about past due payments and collect those payments. Check for accurancy of invoices and posts. Create disputes for payments with price discrepancies. Mail and email invoices to customers. File open and closed invoices. Process deposit. Solving any discrepancies in deposits with the banks. Charge customers who pay by credit card. Create miscellaneous invoices if needed. Perform related duties as assigned. Attend company meetings/training as needed.

Requirements:

• BA or BS in Accounting or additional 4 years of working experience.
• 4 years of working experience in Fixed Asset and / or General Ledger
• Fluently communication in English in writing and speaking. Speaking and understand Vietnamese is a plus.
• Understand GAAP, sales tax regulations.
• Expert in using Excel and some ERP knowledge.
• Teamwork and positive spirit.

Willing to be cross trained.
