Job Description

AP/AR Specialist Fresno, CA $25–$28/hour + Full Benefits Our client, a growing service company in Fresno, is seeking an AP/AR Specialist to join their accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a stable, team-oriented organization.

DOE Responsibilities:
Process full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable Prepare and issue customer invoices Apply customer payments and reconcile accounts Follow up on outstanding balances and collections Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Assist with bank deposits and account reconciliations Maintain accurate customer and vendor records Support month-end accounting activities as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of AP/AR or general accounting experience Strong understanding of accounting principles EB-7289476025
