The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the company. Key Responsibilities Record and maintain daily financial transactions in accounting software. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Reconcile bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts. Process invoices, payments, and expense reports. Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Support audits and provide required financial documentation. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of bookkeeping, accounting, or related experience. Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and accounting practices. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero or similar platforms. Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information. Good written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or certification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience working in a small business or corporate environment.
Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
