Accounts Receivable Specialist

Description

• Prepare and submit manual invoices.
• Verify incoming dailywire/ACH, deposit checks, and record receipts and deductions (i.e. Amazon, Walmart, other Big Box Retailers).
• Process EDI submissions, disputes, and follow up
• Research and dispute chargebacks, as considered necessary (i.e. Co-ops, marketing promos, price claims, shortages).
• Internal and external follow up for collection purposes.
• Prepare AR and revenue reports for management (i.e. AR aging)
• Assist with ME closing
• Release orders off hold upon confirming receipt. Calculate commissions payable to sales agents based on AR activity.
• Other ad hoc tasks as needed.

• At least 2-3 years of AR experience in a mid-size company environment.
• Knowledge of processing AR transactions through large ERP system(s).
• Oracle experience is a plus.
• Attention to detail and great organizational skills are a must.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently.
• Proficient in Excel (Vlookups, pivot tables)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Gardena, CA.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
